Are USN ships entering Pearl Harbor still required to salute the USS Arizona?

Naval ships salute each other as a manner of custom or tradition. Manning the rails is another tradition, and can be part of the salute, which takes place entering or leaving port. Ships entering Pearl continue to salute the Arizona as a means of honoring the fallen. Is it a requirement? I’m not sure. In any case, I doubt there’s a Captain or crew on active duty that wouldn’t render the salute required or not.
