The Democrats recently squashed a bill that would have protected people who report suspicious activity from legal backlash. This issue came to a head after the “flying imams” incident which resulted in CAIR filing suit against the airline, airport, and the individuals who rightfully reported the suspicious behavior. Are we supposed to ignore Arabs behaving badly until they actually cross the point of no return? Forgive me for profiling but if it looks like feces and smells like feces I’m going to forego the taste test and dispose of the offending material.
We are still at war yet the Dems see fit to vote against anything that might help the war on terror lest it help Bush and the Republican party. Don’t people realize there is an election next year? Politics prevail.
