It’s hard to believe that it has been eight years since terrorists brought their violence home to America. Remember those we lost, their families, and consider how fragile life is as you go about your routine. Be thankful for those on the wall that have successfully thwarted a repeat of this day for eight long years. Never forget.

Like any major event in your life, you remember that, but you also remember little things about that day and what you or someone else was doing.
It’s those little ordinary things that make it so hard for me, because you were just living your life and then . . .
I think sometimes now we are too quick to see a terrorist plot in everything, but then maybe we’re not.
